Terrible service. I attempted to place an order with Mweb, there was incredible delays migrating the fibre line. I tried to call for updates as the app was displaying incorrect information. The app chat was unusable, the phone queues were unbearable. After half a day of trying multiple times I finally got through and was told that the app's information was incorrect and they were waiting for the line to be migrated and would escalate. There was no feedback, so I decided to cancel and again assured this would be marked as urgent. However, no cancellation was requested with Vumatel and the cancellation was not logged properly, so the line was activated. I called back three times (after the courier tried to deliver a router!) and after speaking to several people was not helped. No one was able to put me through directly to a manager, and no one could put be through directly to complaints. I was told the line could not be cancelled. Finally, the last lady was helpful and assured me they would cancel the line, and I should be notified in several hours. Hoping that they can undo their mess so I can finally start with an ISP that is functional.
