MWEB is the worst!!! Only the Sales department answers calls, I've been trying to get hold of the billing department for weeks now holding for more than 30 mins to an hour for someone to asisit me. Im not sure if its lack of staff or the current staff simply isn't working and if that's the case please get rid of the WHOLE and give people chances. You guys are quick to sell but when it comes attending queries you're the WORST! I was charged twice this month and I'm calling to find out the reason why!!! This is so frustating, the service is APPALLING. You've definitely lost a custmore here.
