This has been the worst experience I've ever had, they wanted me to pay upfront for the fiber installation which I did then it took 3 weeks for the installation to take place. I waited and waited for them to arrive but no one came, I called MWeb daily to follow up and all they could tell me was that they are escalating the matter to Vumatel. After 2 weeks of waiting, one of their agent's told me that my installation was up on-hold last month but none of the agents I had spoken to before bothered to tell me. I've now requested a cancellation and they've failed to do that as well, the agents keep putting me on long holds and transferring my call back into the queue. I work from home and MWeb has not been able to provide me with the service and now they don't want to give my money. I'm also unable to sign up with a different ISP because they've not cancelled my order with them. I'm so stressed and disappointment, I will never recommend this company to anyone.
