I'm having a very bad experience with mweb they canceled my account after not paying in 11days so I'm phoning them to reactivate my account so I can make a payment but all I get is they answering machine telling me to hold for next available operator I've literally wasted R100 airtime being on hold on spoke to no one please tell me how to get my problem sorted because it's also showing my account is inactive so I can't do anything
