This has been the most atrocious experience I've had. I called MWeb with confidence that they will assist with the WiFi for my apartment. The first guys I spoke to was so helpful. However, when it came to delivering the service and what I ordered, things dropped drastically. Due to the poor service of them not meeting their standards. They postponed the delivery of the router, after they had delayed already. No communication whatsoever. So I decided to just stop or cancel the whole thing, because if I continue with them at this level of service, I will have issues going forward. I cancelled verbally and the lady said they will cancel on their side, however, she asked me why and I explained. I then decided to go with the more expensive provider, but now they will not realise the line, even though the installation was never completed, their router never reached to me. Despite me not receiving nor using the product, I am forced and bullied to pay a cancellation fee of R1700..This company never even sent me a contract, and the cancellation was due to their extreme lack of service, now I must be punished. This is unfair, unethical and definitely not the way to treat people or customers. Why am I being bullied and threatened to pay a cancellation fee of something I never used!!. It has been almost 2 months since I cancelled. And still can't have WiFi because of the line.
