Mweb is terrible When they want your business, they will promise you the whole world. They have no issue debiting your account on time, every time, but the second you are an official client, don't try to get any kind of help from themI've logged a moving request in May 2024. July 2024, still no joy!! I sent through the first email in May, they claim it was never received on their end.I send it through again at the end of June early July. I advised them that I don't have access to an email address that they have on their system and provide them with alternative details, they STILL email the address they have on their system, which means I can't access it.Finally I am able to see the mail and they say that my account has been suspended, I immediately settle the account, only to find out that they debit my account again for the very same amount, on Monday I follow up and I'm told everything is in order. I was unable to connect so they asked for further information. Once provided they tell me that they now need proof of address (which was given) and since my lease is on the business name they need proof that the business in on my name - because of course I would want to put fiber in an address I don't live in.It's been this long without internet- a service I'm paying for.If you can use any other provider, please save yourself the drama and do so.
