The Mweb service has dropped to such an unacceptably low level that I have been forced to move to another ISP. 3 reasons: 1. They provided a misleading emailed promotion that our fibre line speeds would be doubled from 1 Nov 22 to March 23. No such change happened despite several interactions about it. There was no attempt to explain why it was not happening. It amounts to a dishonest claim. (this dishonesty was what made me, in the end, terminate them as my ISP) Secondly, they could not sustain line stability and I mostly have line speed to 20 - 30 Mbps as opposed to 50. Finally, try to terminate their ISP services! It is impossible - the online cancellation page does not work! You need to talk to a person which means working through their painful call centre system. I have to add that when do talk to someone they are pretty helpful.
