Extremely poor customer service. We contacted them with regards to a very intermittent internet connection. After running test after test after test, which they say the client must do even tho you pay them. They still can't solve the problem or don't want to. Who knows at this point. It's been going on for months. Every time you want to log a complaint you the client which is the one that pay MWEB, must still waste your time by running test after test. This is appalling.
