I asked to upgrade my fibre line on the 18/01/2023, I got an sms and email saying it will take between 1-3 working days. I then get another email and sms stating that Frogfoot would contact me for installation of a new fibre line. Why would I want a new fibre line if I already have one. I have phoned and spent roughly 2.5 hrs trying to sort this out. I have sent countless queries online to be told that I have reached my query limit. Please Mweb, this is not rocket science, upgrade my line!!
