It started when we asked to cancel out service and instead of cancelling they suspended our wifi, making our new service provider unable to startup the new contract we then waited in a caller queue saturday, yesterday and today, once we were assisted, we received the worse service ever. Worse customer service i have ever received, We were assisted by a lady named Sesethu she refused to assist us with the issue or allow us to speak to a senior or manager. when we asked her for her name due to her poor customer service, she refused to give us her surname, all we wanted to do was escalate the complaint as the service was disgusting.
