After over 15 years with Mweb I have given up.Service is Non existent The Customer is always wrong!Line speeds are down prices are up with fibre.The selected spot for incoming new hardware is totally inconvenient for me the client (76) .I suggested an ideal spot which meant some extra time on the installation. they are all about profit and pay little or no attention to customer satisfaction.So I cancelled. Now they want penalties. form me or extend the saga by another month etc etc.I wrote on August 14th telling them to Cancel and collect their hardware.They did not acknowledge mail for 2 weeks. Then barely an apology. Then our pensioners though the wringer!
