Good luck trying to reach an agent via their secure chat (which they claim is the quickest method) or by phone. I waited for an agent's response in the chat for about an hour, and after an hour and twenty minutes, I finally connected with someone who had a very indifferent, even slightly rude demeanor. The agent was blunt throughout the call, attempting to dismiss my concerns and wrap up the conversation as quickly as possible. Their slogan should be... great when it works, but if issues arise, you’re essentially on your own.
