Their advertising is misleading- while they claim that taxes and fees are included, you end up being charged additional amounts at the hotel. The prices offered are often no better than those on major travel sites like Expedia, which doesn’t require a $119 monthly fee.Additionally, there appears to be a questionable billing practice. They often “can’t process” your payment in the scheduled month, only to successfully charge it later. This delay conveniently prevents you from completing the 12 months of consecutive payments required before you can redeem points for trips.The “life experiences” they promote are also disappointing. They tend to offer dates with low demand, and flights are not included. When you check airfare, it’s often extremely expensive for those specific times.Overall, I would describe this as a highly misleading and poor-value service. Proceed with caution.
