Just had an amazing experience with support. I noticed that a hotel booking I had for May had reduced in price so I emailed support they got back to me within minutes. I asked if I could cancel the previous booking and book it again at the new price and all this was done within a couple of minutesand my refund was complete. Absolutely amazing service.
