We received our VVD-signed shirt but the plaque was printed as Alisson Becker from an entirely different match. Finally got them to agree to fix and they set us a return label to print and adhere to the original box and they dispatched DHL to pick it up. Four days later it was returned to us, and we were thrilled and amazed at the swift turnaround, only to discover that the box had been returned to us and hadn't made it back to MWS.
Finally got them to agree to send a new return label (which we checked thoroughly this time) and we sent it back to them. After a few weeks we received the framed shirt with the correct plaque.
Just over a year later the shirt slid down the backing and we are now having to pay a local framer to reopen the backing reset the shirt and reseal the backing.
Love the shirt, but getting it was a real hassle.
