I was being lied to and strung along by a seller, claiming my items where shipped when they clearly where not. Mx locker claims their policy is that the items must ship within 3 days. After 2.5 weeks and many emails requesting that I get a phone call. No one ever called me. And they honestly had no real solution. They definitely don’t honour their own policies. And I highly doubt they would have wver refunded me if the items didn’t show. Extremely disappointed with my first time using this platform.
