I’m writing this review as someone who was directly involved in the Mxney project with Diiiz e-commerce. What happened with Mxney has had serious consequences for our business and for the people working in it.We hired Mxney to advise us and finance our digital growth. They insiste to take care as well of our e-commerce migration, including recommending the right development partner. We had contact with several digital agencies we used to work with but MXNEY pushed for theirs. What I didnt know at that time is that they took a big commission from the project, on top of our repayment fees.Instead of professional guidance, we experienced poor strategic assistance, no real project ownership, and almost no follow-up over a period of nearly three years.Mxney pushed us to migrate to Shopify without properly assessing our existing e-commerce setup and how customized our previous store was. This decision turned out to be extremely damaging: Shopify was not suited to our needs and they recommended us the worst digital agency we had ever worked with : PLD - Peach loves digital in the UK. PLD was unable to manage the project, didnt know much about e-commerce basics and shopify. They didnt hold any kick off meeting before starting the website development which led to disastrous consequences. Mxney and PLD abbandonned us in October 2025 with an unfiinished website, after more than 3-year of struggles and delays. We have faced constant issues, and we inihered a poorly developped, non functionning an unstable website. During this time, we were left struggling with the UK agency Peach Loves Digital, dealing with repeated failures, unfinished work, and ongoing bugs. Mxney did not step in to protect our interests or ensure proper delivery.In the end, we had to pay another agency for months to fix problems that should never have existed. The financial impact on our company was huge, with a major decline in turnover over the period. This led to difficult decisions internally, and several persons lost their job as part of the downsizing that followed.Mxney took payments but did not provide the level of support, expertise, and accountability that a serious e-commerce consultancy should deliver.If you are an e-commerce business and you need real guidance and reliable execution, I strongly recommend being extremely cautious before working with Mxney!
