We encountered several issues with this company that we had to resolve ourselves. Initially, things started off well, but we ended up spending more than our allowance. The website makes it difficult to track your usage. After a few months, they realized they had overpaid us. You would expect an automatic limit and notifications upon reaching it, and employees should verify payments beforehand.Unfortunately, there were no alerts or notifications from the staff. As a result, we had to repay 30K within a few weeks due to their mistake. Instead of acknowledging their error, they shifted the problem onto us.We repaid the amount quickly, but then the real trouble began. Two weeks later, they still hadn't received our payment. We had to pursue legal action because they claimed we still owed the money, even though our bank confirmed the payment. This is the worst situation imaginable!Everything runs smoothly if you follow their exact requirements, but any deviation causes significant problems. Be cautious when working with them; in our experience, this is a terrible company to deal with.
