As a long outstanding customer their customer service is awful, I had a recent problem with a pen (never had this before) when contacting I was told there’s no problem by an email and a description how to administer the pen (clearly didn’t look to see I’ve had many), there clearly was as I’ve had many before. I tried using a sharps needle and nearly passed out they were aware of this (that’s why I pay more for pens) I was then told to contact another company where they get them from (even though I ordered from mybmi) no response, also made them aware of this. Then when I wasn’t responded to I was told to wait, the customer service team would never help only respond with a question or they can’t do anything, this started over a month ago and now looking for a new provider as once again they didn’t respond I will be making a complaint
