Took my money, yet still no delivery

I have had a terrible experience with my bmi. Below is the email I sent to them at the start of the experience on the 26th August and this matter is still ongoing: Order #000129272I placed an order with you and was advised my order would be delivered yesterday, 26th August. I received an email from Royal Mail informing me of the impending delivery with options for them to deliver the parcel to a neighbour or one of their delivery shops/ depots for me to collect if I wouldn’t be home. I selected the option of my parcel being delivered to one of their local shops, so not to risk missing the delivery and temperature issues.At 3.52pm that afternoon, I received text and email notifications informing me that my item was delivered to the chosen shop. After work, I went to pick up my parcel from the shop (which would have been 30 minutes after the reported delivery), only to be told they did not receive any parcel for me. I contacted Royal Mail and remained on hold for over an hour, only for the call to be disconnected. I attempted again today to reach Royal Mail and had the same disappointing experience.I checked the tracking information and it advised the parcel was signed for by PATRICE at a completely different location. This local is where the parcel would have originated from in Manchester. Please see screenshots attached. I went to the main local depot and they advised they did not have my parcel. In my view this is terrible service, and falsifying a signature is a major issue, and crazy given the mere fact that I can’t sign for something if I’m asking for my item to be delivered to one of their parcel shops.I have attached screenshots of the tracking information, screenshots of the emails and texts from Royal Mail informing me of delivery, and a screenshot of the email confirmation from Royal Mail the day prior stating they will deliver my parcel to my chosen shop. I went back to the shop today and they again advised they did not receive a parcel for me. Every time I click on proof of delivery, it just keeps loading with nothing coming up, I added a screenshot of that.My medication is now missing, and I have missed my dose window, and Royal Mail has been of no help. Therefore, I request that my money is refunded in full. I have attempted to call My BMI, however I cannot get through to actually speak to anyone. I’m guessing you’re not accepting calls due to an influx, however I am very disappointed that I am not able to speak to someone about this matter. Please provide an urgent response and refund.Kind regards,
