Poor customer services when experiencing an issue with royal mail delivery. Delivery took 10 days which breaks the 'cold chain'.I missed the first attempt at delivery (on the phone but was home), royal mail didn't attempt to deliver again, and I couldn't get an update on when it would arrive as the parcel was then taken to the wrong delivery hub, it turned up 9 days later. Customer services didn't help at all and kept repeating the same phrase that I agreed to be in to receive the delivery despite it clearly being a royal mail issue.
