So I clicked the bait on Facebook for this app, after seeing around 16 episodes for this show, I thought why not, I could not access anything without signing up, so I decided for a 2 week trial $12.46. Then the snow ball affect occurred. I was consecutively charged two more time $23 and $19.99 because apparently I was dumb enough at this point to sign up not only for a 2 week trial but then decided apparently to go for the Premium package and then changed my mind all in the spate of 1 min to VIP. Because you see I was told that was what I approved (i did not). Ok so then to go to the show I was saturated and baited with would you believe it even with all this paid access I could not get past episode 6, why because each episode was locked like fort knox.
So 10 min after "signing up" for a "2 week trial" , and then having all the trimmings thrust upon me unwillingly, I decide, i don't like this app, ill cut my $12.46 ( so i thought thats all i paid up to this point), this is where I find out that when I checked my PayPal account that I had in fact been charged 3 times. Now the real fun began, it has taken me the sum of around 3 days, numerous emails and many returned emails and generic responses that i rekon are Fin the AI bot offending responder. Because!!! I would say help! And id get emails back saying please reply if you still require "help". Please keep in mind there has been no actual help provided just the merry go round of responses and new emails, oh did I mention that when you replied as they ask you to, booom. You get an email back saying post delivery notification receiver served has rejected email request. Talk about unprofessional and tacky.
I then had to go to the pc site of the app because apparently according to my drama I signed up there and not on the app I downloaded through google play store, but hey what do I know right. Anyways I had to set a password but that took I 🤔 17 password reset emails to get in because every password I set did not work. I got there in the end amazingly they are sneaking buggers thats for sure, sly like a fox and don't doubt yourself because I swear I have never been more gaslite than what this mob have done.
Long story short, they are a leech, maybe click baited you for the short shows which yes look good, but you will be the worm on the hook in the long run. I don't know how in the world they got 2025 best app for short shows, it's so not user friendly.
After being offered 50% refund on money paid, I threatened to report them, I just wanted to other payments returned, they obliged and as of this review its pending to clear in 3 more days.
I finally got my pc platform of the app organised and cancelled the 2 other subscriptions that I did not sign up for. And I have hopefully ridden myself of the leech.
I can only say beware beware beware, I have never experienced this before and feel passionate to warn any other unsuspecting innocent people that you will pay alot of money for very little if you use this app.
I've done my due diligence, and I wish things would have gone better for my experience, the shows do look good but a better competitor can smash my drama out of the water if they can only make it more eaiser to use and affordable.
