The person I chatted with said upgrades appeared and I had the option to accept or decline, that was a blatant lie, I only watched the last half of one movie and no pop ups appeared. Those charges were $14.99 and $15.99.
I immediately canceled my subscription. Am disputing the charges with my bank.
