The most unprofessional business set up I have ever seen. They claim to send the "most suited individual" after careful selection but they do not do any of this. We have rearranged our weekends 2x to finally meet a person we thought we could trust to leave our daughter with. Person cancelled last minute 2 x claiming lives "too far" from us. Where is the due diligence from the agency? I have stated clearly where we live, sent confirmation e-mails and sms-t and they allow their staff not to show up last minute even making you feel like an idiot why you are making a fuss as it is not their fault. Bunch of amateurs. Service like this is supposed to make our family lives easier not more complicated.
