Organisational issues related to customer service and communication

2020-09-30Update from my last review. After experiencing issues (primarily communication related ones) for about a year, someone from the company mgmt contacted me to listen to what hasn't been working and informed me on how they plan to make concrete improvements.Hence, I'm raising their grade from 1 to 3 for their effort to make things right.2020-10-04I have been in contact with eight different nanny agencies in the Stockholm area throughout the years to source nannys for my two daughters. I've used three of them actively (used a nanny they provided) where mynanny is one. Unfortunately, mynanny has also been the worse of them when it comes to being proactive and most of all, in communication when I need to get hold of them. They always manage to send their invoices in time but when we need to talk to them, either they don't answer for weeks on end or don't call up on scheduled slots. There are a bunch of different contact persons you will be tossed around between but very apparently no CRM / logs so none of them has any background of previous communications.After being a client for over a year it's obvious that this is a non-functional company which is extremely badly managed. They are much better options out there.
