I called them only to make an enquiry. They started sending me invoices. This is when i havent even met any Nanny, i havent taken any appointment nothing. They keep sending invoices to me, despite of me protesting heavily. I felt that its a trap and nothing is going to happen. Thats when i posted my comment initially. However, they later approached me.I must say that they really made a lot of efforts to resolve my complaint and give comfort to me. I wish and hope that all customer complaints get similar attention from them. I changed my perception of them :) and have raised their rating from 1 to 3
