Shocking service.Contacted the messaging app for return info on an item which arrived incorrect, they replied giving me a discount code for delivery which didn’t work as obviously I didn’t want to pay for their error. They then sent me a paper returns label which also didn’t work.There way of then dealing with this was to tell me they can’t do anything and I’ll have to send it to the post office (when I selected in post to begin with) and pay the delivery fee.No customer care in the slightest, lack of sympathy with replies and overall no clear understanding on customers problems or what’s been said
