Placed an order on the 12th Feb. Paid extra for next day delivery. Had my dispatch notification and stayed home knowing nobody else would be there to take delivery. I then went on live chat late afternoon to check it was out and was told it would be delivered up to 7:30pm latest - Stayed home. Never turned up. Whole day wasted. It arrived the following evening.Went back on live chat to get my NDD charge back and was told a £5 credit would be added to my account within 24 hours. 4 days later. Nothing. Back to live chat. Received an apology and a promise it would be added to my account in 24 hours. Again, nothing.I’ve lost a whole day of my life waiting for something I paid for that despite assurances didn’t turn up when it should have and then countless waiting time on live chats over a £5 credit that I no longer want.Good product but there are plenty of other places to use.
