My recent experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare.I placed an order which their courier lost, and after weeks of back-and-forth messages with their customer service team, I was repeatedly met with generic, dismissive responses and a total lack of accountability. I was promised a refund within 3-5 working days, yet it took far longer to receive it, and I only got it by sheer coincidence after relentlessly chasing them.Their handling of the situation was appalling. The communication was abysmal, with multiple agents failing to properly review the ongoing issue and instead sending repetitive, unhelpful replies. This company has shown a complete disregard for their customers’ time and money.If you value good service and peace of mind when shopping online, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
