I placed an order with MyProtein on 21 November. More than two weeks later, I still have no clear information about where the parcel is or when it will be delivered. The parcel has gone missing twice in that period, and there has been no proactive communication from MyProtein at any stage except "We will look into it".The only contact option is social media, and despite notifying them there, no solution was offered. Tracking information from EVRI has been inconsistent and inaccurate throughout, and the parcel has remained “out for delivery” for 4 days without ever arriving.Overall, this has been a service failure from both MyProtein and EVRI, with no meaningful updates, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the issue.
