Left out 1 letter in my email adress which meant I never got a confirmation. I placed a new order after a month of this one never arriving. The second order was (according to customer service) mislabelled so sent to the wrong address. They told me they would send both my orders again, this one appears far to small to contain even half of one of the orders i placed and it has been stuck in «export center» for 5 weeks. Given up hope
