I recently gave this company a glowing 5 star review for their ease of ordering and super fast delivery.On opening my parcel a couple of days later I was really disappointed that 1 of my items had an expiry date of end of August. As I am going abroad for a couple of weeks holiday this is not giving me sufficient time to use my product.I contacted My Protein and problem could be easily sorted, send me a replacement or issue message a refund. Instead I’m told they pass it on for investigation. I have sent them the photos of the product so I asked what investigation is needed. 4 days later and still no response. What is the point of your customer service if you can’t solve issues.Really really disappointed now with My Protein and regretting my previous 5 star review for the company.
