★☆☆☆☆ – Extremely Disappointed with MyProtein UK and Their Customer ServiceI’ve been a regular customer of MyProtein UK, but after my latest experience, I seriously doubt I’ll ever order from them again. I placed an order worth £107 on Friday of last week, and as of today, it still hasn’t arrived — well beyond the expected delivery date.The most frustrating part isn’t even the delay — it’s the completely unhelpful and rigid customer service, especially during a conversation I had this Saturday morning at 10:20 AM. Despite explaining the situation clearly, I was told they couldn’t change the delivery address, couldn’t use a different courier, and couldn’t upgrade the shipping — basically, they couldn’t do anything to help. Just scripted responses and zero willingness to take ownership or offer a real solution.I’ve now been left waiting far too long for a fairly expensive order with no guarantee that it will even arrive. No effort was made to resolve the issue or retain me as a customer — just generic replies and total indifference.Honestly, if something goes wrong with your order, you’re completely on your own. This is not how you treat paying customers
