I placed an order last month. As I was not home, I chose DPDs option to deliver at my nearest drop point. I got a confirmation of the delivery. Went there to collect my package, nothing. I checked with neighbours. Nothing. No note in the letter box... I submitted a complaint via MyProtein's customer service. They got back to me asking me to fill a very humble form. I filled it out - they got back to me saying that the form is not filled out correctly and I need to describe my order. I redid the form, put my order number and submitted the form again. My Protein's CS came back again saying that my order number was not sufficient and I need to describe my missing order. I AGAIN filled out the same form, i put my order number, and every single item and name in it. Ah. Also, although their policy was that they substitude orders, I need to specifically put in the form that I want a substitude order...Finally. The form was accepted. Shortly after I reveive a dispute message from DPD asking me to fill out another form with them to announce I have not received the goods. That was last Monday. I messages MyProtein how dissapointed I am in the way my case was handled so far. They got back to me that they are investigating. I am not ordering anything else from them. I don't care what products they offer anynore, until now absolutely no word from them, no follow up, not a substitute order has been sent to me. Nothing... 150 euros thrown off the window because of them...
