This company has twice sent packages to my address addressed to a person who does not live here. After considerable conversation with them on their facebook page (email never got a reply) they say they cannot do anything about this identity theft. I gave them the order number, my address and teh name of the person on the package. I do not have an account with them.Both packages have been returned via Parcelforce.I am very concerned about this and am posting so that if anyone else is experiencing this they can see they are not the only person.I am now going to the police.
