Placed a small order of about €40, recieved confirmation it had been dispatched, however, the package never arrived. I made contact with the customer service team and was asked to give them 5 days to investigate. A week later there had been no update, so I followed up and was asked for another 5 days. It's now been 3 weeks and no update. I am considering contacting my bank to dispute the transaction.I would not recommend using Myprotein. Customer service is poor.
