I finally received my 'item' today, after 2 weeks wait. Firstly, the item was posted to the wrong address. Eventually redirected.Finally arrived today, box torn open, two items missing and the one item that arrived was wrong and damaged!I immediately contacted customer service and requested a refund. They said new items would be issued. I explained the items were posted to the wrong address, could they update the address to avoid the same issue occurring. I was informed the items would be issued to the same address as the original order. I've requested a refund again and if not provided I plan to raise a dispute for the payment through my bank.I've never came across customer service as bad as this in my life!
