I made a number of attempts to place an order online in order to replenish my stock(s) However, the relevant discount could not be applied (40%) via my line of work….A huge saving to be had!!In light of this, I made contact with MyProtein, explained the situation and advised MyProtein of the fault.I was advised that I need to make contact with the relevant body to make them aware of the discount code error.NO MyProtein I am the Customer and there is an issue with YOUR SYSTEMS…..do you want my businesses or not?! I refused and stated that I would not do that and that MyProtein was required to look into the matter. I was advised that the matter had been logged with customer services who would get back to me in 24hours once they had looked into the matter.MyProtein did not get back to me after 72 hours so I made further contact in order to follow up the matter. I was advised that I needed to wait seven days for the relevant update. MyProtein believe that they are the one and only Sports Nutrition organisation in the UK and appear adopt an ayre of arrogance to that affect. Well guess what MyProtein, ‘YOUR NOT’!!! I will take my business elsewhere. I raised the matter with MyProtein after a week as MyProtein had still failed to get back to me. I was told to ‘rest assured’ that the matter would be resolved immediately.I requested that a Supervisor make contact with me as soon as possible with regards to the circumstances and the poor customer service experienced. I am still waiting for that same contact over to two weeks later!!! I am disgusted at the situation, the arrogance, down and outright lies provided by numerous members of staff and not to mention to diabolical customer service. MyProtein have lost my custom. Be mindful!!
