I have still not received an order that was placed last week and supposedly a “next day delivery.” They had apparently switched delivery companies from EVRI to Royal Mail, without bothering to inform their customers or participating parcel shops, in this case my localCoop. So I received a notification that this order was “successfully delivered” at this parcel shop by Royal Mail, however staff there were very rude and abusive and told me they do not, and never will deal with, Royal Mail deliveries. I explained this to MyProtein using their contact form, further reiterating that I have NOT received this item, despite RM’s claim that it was “successfully delivered” because staff at this store refuse to cooperate or even listen to my explanation. Unfortunately, MyProtein has turned into a purely money grabbing company and only use chatbots, so I keep getting the same message over and over again to my original query because no human is bothering to read customer complaints and queries. This is NOT the first time MP has messed up my order and they have never fairly compensated me for their shambolic order processing and non existent customer service. They are just happy to take your money and disappear- a scammy company that should be avoided at all costs!
