I wish there are an option for zero star. Previously bought from local reseller, and love it. Next thing i do, order from the website due to massive discounts. BIG MISTAKE. 1. Stuck in custom. Apparently they didnt declare the items correctly hence i need to pay extra tax on it.2. Send question to them, took ages to response and the response is all copy and paste from standard list.3. Ask them for invoice as i need to show it to the officer at the custom (why are they not even sending invoice in the first place?) and they responded that they need 72 hours to generate the invoice and email to me.4. Every message i send to them on average will be respnded after up to 12 hours. Basically as long as it doesnt exceed their “within 24 hr“ reply they think they are doing a good job.5. It does look like they are outsourcing their customer service to the cheapest provider they can find.
