I've ordered from MyProtein multiple times. Every time they told me it has been dispatched. Every time it is delivered late and I gave had to chase it. You can only use their chat or send them messages and the responses you get are patronising, deliberately evasive and completely unhelpful. My most recent £75 order is still undelivered and they wont tell me if its been dispatched or lost or anything. The worst customer service and delivery service I've ever experienced.
