They say they will deliver to a pick up point but the service they use in France (Colisprive.fr) is not delivering and it is not possible to reprogram the delivery nor with Colisprive or with Myprotein. My protein is telling me multiple times that they cannot help me further to receive the delivery that is gone missing. I’ve contacted myprotein several times the last weeks. Made my order July 5th and it is now the 15th. I don’t know how to reprogram the delivery and Myprotein is not willing to help me. Although the company they use is not providing any options for delivery or change of address. I am super disappointed and will not order again from Myprotein as I cannot get hold of the order I already made and they refuse to help me. I don’t know what to do from here.
