Lost order

I have lost nearly £70 worth of products. They were supposedly delivered on the 31st May. I know they have been stolen as Evri also delivered another parcel on the same day and I don’t have that either! My protein have been more than unhelpful. You can’t call anyone and you have to speak to a different customer services representative every time you receive a message. I was asked to complete a missing order form and answer several questions, it has been extremely time consuming to send so many messages and fill out forms. Each message is clearly an automated response and I keep being told that they “sincerely apologise” “if there is anything else we can do” etc etc. It is not personal and there is no real support. I have no idea how long I am going to have to wait until this issue is resolved and I am either refunded or the items are replaced. I kindly asked for a few samples whilst I wait for this to be resolved. I am then told that this would not be possible, but they could give me £5 on to my account! This was all they could do. Two days later and I still don’t have the credit on my account. I am preparing for a competition and I have now completely run out of the products that I need and no one will help me. I will now have to place another order with my protein. I am appalled at the service I have received. I have been a loyal customer for several years and this service has been terrible.
