Pathetic and unacceptable probably lawsuits. I put in a redemption like 2 week ago still haven't got it, and it was supposed to be max 8 days. Many others having the same issue right around holidays is not a good look. Get you stuff together. Mines is only for like $4! but it is about the principle. Not good business.
