I had this message when I was sending an important email for work.I was not able to sent the email. I sent more than 6 email to the support service to help me fix the problem but they didn't reply to me at all. I also tried to call the customer service but nobody can speak English. So if you don't speak German, you can't get any help. Very disappointed about that. Customer Service it's very very bad and unprofessional. I don't suggest this email provider. Especially if you need for work. It's NOT trustworthy !!!
