Not genuine. They appear legitimate but are not. I realized something was off when the tracking website requested payment for tracking, and I kept receiving the same uninformative emails. They even removed customer service reviews from their site. I contacted them expressing my concerns about the scam and requested a refund, but I doubt I will get a response or my money back.
