Had a terrible experience when I ordered a size 7 and 1/2 sneaker and 3 weeks later got a size 40. I contact them that I wanted to return or exchange it but they told me I need to ship it back to China when I live in USA and I need to pay the cost even though the mistake was solely on their end.... Nobody should buy there, they have terrible service.
