I ordered 3 pairs of yellow slides on May 16th, 2025 which were size 12, size 8.5, and size 8. I only received 2 pair which wear the size 8.5 and the size 8 on June 19th, 2025. It is now July 11th, 2025 and I still have not gotten my size 12. I have wrote customer service a few times. They keep saying that they're investigating, and it'll take 1-3 days. It's been over 2 weeks. I'm over it at this point, and I'm going to dispute my charges.
