I read the My Beautiful reviews and liked what I saw. I spoke to a friend who recommended them. Emily who designed my kitchen was very patient and helpful.First problem was my fitting date was changed, with less than three working days notice and with no discussion. No details received of the new timescales for the job or fitter. I then received a telephone call from Shaun who advised me he was the fitter supplied by My Beautiful as their preferred installer. I assumed they had appointed someone trustworthy and professional. How wrong was I. Day one Shaun arrived late, missed the first delivery and was only there for the second delivery after telephone calls to him, this was well after midday. The job was completed in two days, less than half the original time scheduled for it. Shaun advised he was doing two jobs for My Beautiful in one week! How could that ever have worked out well for me, the customer. My Beautiful's preferred installer was unreliable, arriving late, a messy worker and there was very little communication. I was unhappy with the clearance of the toilet bowl, which I thought was due to the design, I sent an email to My Beautiful saying I felt it was not fit for purpose and I asked for an exchange. I also advised there were other problems. My email was marked for the attention of the General Manager. He did not reply and it was Sharon who phoned me, we discussed the problems, Sharon was helpful. I sent photos of the toilet and she confirmed it wasn't right. She advised that any remedial work must be carried out by Shaun as he had done the job.The Project Manager phoned me and advised that he would not be coming out to look at the problems as he was busy! He informed me that Shaun would not now be involved, and that he was sending another fitter. Their new preferred fitter would be Ross, and he would review the problems, listed below. In the meantime I received a message from Shaun saying he would be coming out. I queried this with the Project Manager, no satisfactory response.ProblemsToilet not fit for purposeLoose flooringGaps between shower tray and flooring and between shower tray and wet wall, outside the shower cubicle.Ross came out and advised that the cistern wasn't fitted correctly. This is a basic requirement of a newly fitted bathroom!! For me I think that could be only part of the problem with it. He also advised he would re floor the bathroom but not restore the floor to it's previous level, which had been 1.5 centimetres higher. Surely this should be restored to the correct height? I told him I was not happy with this. Some remedial work was arranged with Ross and that is due to take place on Saturday 14th February.About a week later, I found gaps between the shower tray and wall inside the cubicle meaning the shower is not watertight, again this is a very basic requirement for a new bathroom!! Enough was enough I emailed Sharon at My Beautiful requesting someone in authority come out to review all the work and discuss and agree a solution. Sharon spoke to the Project Manager, who then emailed me, refusing to come out. As far as he was concerned, all was in hand thereby totally ignoring my additional problem with the shower. He also ignored my reply to his email.I am now aware that some, or quite possibly none of the old tiles, or the walls, were removed prior to installation, this should have been done! I now have absolutely no idea what is behind the wall boards nor what problems could occur in the future. I have not yet reported this to them, what is the point, after all they refused to look at my additional problem of a shower that is not water tight!!My Beautiful management have shown an extremely unprofessional approach in this. They have disregarded the worst of my concerns and problems, and have treated me with contempt by not one of their management team taking the time to come to my home to view and discuss the installation, nor the problems I have found. Their only communication with me throughout was one telephone call dealing with the first complaints and one email thereafter. This is absolutely unacceptable and has resulted in this review!!I now have no alternative but to take legal advice on this matter.

At My Beautiful Kitchen all kitchens are made to order, so no two will ever be exactly the same. But each one begins its life the same way – with a blank sheet of paper and your vision.
What you end up with is a finished kitchen that’s a true reflection of your personality and taste.
Using the latest CAD 3D Design Software, we work with you to create your Beautiful Kitchen.
First we’ll measure your kitchen, noting wall sizes, ceiling heights and services.
Then we’ll have a chat and get all your ideas for your new kitchen. And we’ll give you our ideas, too.
This can be done in our showroom, or if you prefer, the comfort of your own home.
After that, it’s time to start planning your Beautiful Kitchen. We’ll create a 3D design of our plans. The design will show cabinets, worktops, lighting, sockets, chairs, and even some plants so the design is as real as possible. This will give you a highly accurate representation of your new kitchen. In fact, the only thing you won’t be able to do is cook in it.
When you’re happy with your design, the plans are yours to keep.
We are happy to email the plans over to you or print them for you so you can show them to your family and friends.
