We regret choosing this company and would not use them again or recommend them to anyone. The installer they recommended, Shaun, provided an extremely poor service. He was by far the messiest tradesperson we have ever come across. He made no effort to protect our carpet—no dust sheets or covers were put down—resulting in us having to replace it. Throughout the job, we had to monitor him closely as he tried to cut corners at every opportunity, he did not want to remove the old tiles and replace the plasterboards as per our agreement. He showed no respect for our property or for the products he was installing, and he was rude and aggressive towards my wife when she simply asked him to complete the work to the standard we were paying for.The installation itself was substandard. The bathtub was not fitted correctly, the sealing work was very poorly done, and the shower door was installed so badly that it constantly sticks.We raised our concerns with the company, and their manager visited our home. He acknowledged all of the issues we highlighted and assured us that a different installer would return to fix the problems, as we were not comfortable allowing Shaun back due to his lack of professionalism.However, we later received a message from the manager stating that Shaun had to be the one to return due to warranty terms, and we were advised to review the contract. The same contract also states: “We work in partnership with some of the very best installation companies in the UK. All our installation partners are vetted, thoroughly reviewed, and highly experienced.” Unfortunately, our experience with Shaun was the complete opposite. We have had numerous major works done on our home—new kitchen, new roof, two boilers installed, full house plastering, and more—and have never encountered workmanship this poor.During the installation, I called the company to raise concerns and was told by Abby, the operations manager, that Shaun was doing them a favour by taking on two projects that week, but that our bathroom would still be completed to the expected standard. That was not the case. Since then, the company has distanced itself from responsibility and is directing us back to Shaun, which we are not willing to accept after the quality of his initial work.Based on our experience, we strongly advise choosing a different company. There are far better and more reliable options out there.

After that, it’s time to start planning your Beautiful Kitchen. We’ll create a 3D design of our plans. The design will show cabinets, worktops, lighting, sockets, chairs, and even some plants so the design is as real as possible. This will give you a highly accurate representation of your new kitchen. In fact, the only thing you won’t be able to do is cook in it.
When you’re happy with your design, the plans are yours to keep.
